ChatNoir and feanor67 in Holy Roman Empire, game # 8041625

The accused are suspected of:
Either having multiple accounts and/or conducting secret diplomacy. I set the game up with freestyle turns, so I'm not just complaining. After two players timed out starting with turn #4 through turn #7 it is obvious if one looks at the turn log that either one of two things is going on in this game. Either ChatNoir and feanor67 are in fact the same person or they are secretly co-ordinating when they start their turns in order to consistently make me the last player each turn, thereby making sure that I don't go first on the following turn. Not once are they ever playing at the same time, but always within just seconds or a minute or two they've finished their respective turns.
Hey I like to win just as much as the next guy but this certainly looks like a violation of rule #2 to me.

I do not see any favoritism in their attacks and I couldn't find any proof of secret diplomacy. It looks like you are basing your accusation on the timing of turns. Like you said this is a freestyle game and there is no reason that they would have to take their turns at the same time.
ChatNoir and feanor67 are CLEARED of secret diplomacy and of being multi's.
