My suggestion here would be to rate appropriately and foe if you really want to. People get frustrated a fair bit on here so unless it is sustained abuse it is unlikely to be taken further

You have the ability to filter out the game chat from this player. If you put him on your foe list you can't see what he puts in the chat and he won't be able to join any games that you joined first.
Some players can be rude but he hasn't broken any rules. I would just suggest you FAMO. This is CLEARED.
