Comments: Ishmael yoder mentioned early on that solidzesnake was his brother which was the first thing that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. But then the attacking throughout the game was incredibly one sided as both ishmael and solidzesnake left each other alone under very suspicious circumstances and attacked only myself and jkk4life.

Then when I eliminated Jkk to get his cards, I fortified my position. solidzesnake had the game pretty much under control as he had both North America and South America. Ismael had 19 armies on North Africa. Instead of using his armies to eliminate Ishmael as a threat, he put all of his armies in Alaska (and I mean ALL his armies) and attacked me all the way in Australia spreading himself out competly thin and not even leaving himself armies to defend himself from Ishmael who walked in the open door and was given a free pass back into the game.

once I brought up my suspicion the two started to miraculously attack each other almost as if they were trying to cover their tracks. I could be wrong but even if I didn't know that these two were brothers, I would have been reporting this based upon game play alone. This game was organized in live chat and no mention was made that these two were brothers. I wouldn't have joined had I known that.

If you two are truly innocent, I apologize for raising suspicion. I really hope you are not but want to do my part to keep things fair here at CC

When was I busted with tator? There is no thread accusing us. Tator is my wife. When we both started playing in Dec we played alot together. When I understood the game more, and what multis look like, we stopped playing together. We probably did look suspicious, we did not always attack each other alot until the end (any married man knows he is not going to let a game keep him from laying in a warm bed at night). So we stopped playing together, and have both continued playing seperatly. I have never been "busted" with tator.

As for snake. He is my brother. I don't know much about computers but if there is any way for the mods to see where we are playing from, they would see that he is in florida and I am in Iowa. I did say in chat that snake was my little brother, and I would be teaching him how to play. Luckie may not have seen that. I was on the phone with him in the begining of the game, but I only talked him through how to play a round, how to turn in cards, what the game options were, etc.

After luckie accusing us of being multis, I looked at the attack history and I does look suspicious, I admit. But I was weak the whole game, I think usually if someone makes a multi, the old account is set up to win, which is not the case here.

So in summery: I have not been busted with tator. I realize my play with snake and tator have been suspicious, but after geting them started, I am not playing in the same game as them. I understand the accusation, but I assure you we are not multis.

Like I said, I understand the suspicion. But I remain married to tator (for almost five years), and snake remains my immature little brother 2000 miles away from me.
Master if you were(or are) married to a wife who likes to play online games with you, I'm sure you would play together also.

I called up and told my little bro, that we cant play together again because it looks suspicious and people think we are cheats. He doesn't even understand what multis and stuff are. He is pretty bumed about not being able to play together, but such is life.

I forgot about that game, I finally beat her and I ended up in the living room that night

I don't get the criteria you use to hunt multies. It doesn't make much sense looking at the games tator and I played together, that we would be multies. She has one twice, I have one once. She has 20's game under her belt, I have 60's. Dont you think if we were multies:
1) the original, more active, and premi account (ishmael) would win games played with a multi
2) Out of a combined 80+ games, multies would play more than 5-6 games together, I'm not sure the actual number we have played but I think that is about right.

I may sound like I am making up alot of excusses, but I am just making my case to the court. It is less about me, I don't want my wife or brother to have to stop playing because we played together.

just a couple more statements for lackattack to state my case when he checks the forum:
1)Do most multies have one premium and one standard, with the standard usually winning (I know it is very imbarrassing for me to admit my wife is better at CC then I am)
2) Do most multies play many games solo, and only come together occasionally, I would think the pattern would usually be the second account is only used to help the primary win games, not to play on their own. Many solo games for multies may make sense if they were both standard accounts, but I am premium, and can play as much as I want.

As far as the result of being accussed of multi with tator:
1)are banned from playing together: thats fine, she kept beating me anywhy
2)second account must get premium to verify the billing info is different: We had talked about her geting premium in the past, but she didn't want to spend the money (we have a new baby, which is expensive, 15$ for a can of formula that lasts 1 week!, not to mention the dipers). And if she did get premium, we obviously live together, and would have the same billing info. so we are back to square one.

So, let us know what we need to do.

Well, I AM Ismael's wife, and prefer not to be called a wooden spoon. Dustin, my husband, told me that he was trying to plead his case on here so that we wouldn't look bad, and I wasn't going to get involved. But, I am a woman with raging hormones ( yes, I said hormones ) and am very upset that this subject has even been brought up as we are both very honest people. We had alot of fun playing with each other at the time, and it's sad to think that we can no longer do so because of this accusation. As fun as it has been playing, I am considering playing my last two games on CC and then forgetting it after that, as it is no longer fun to play after I have been falsley accused. I understand it is your job to seek out those who do cheat, but please understand that we are not one of them. I have alot of other things to do that keep me busy anyway like taking care of my 5 month old, cooking, cleaning, cooking and cleaning.....oh then then my mommies group! So, anyway, I hope you will reconsider, but if not, oh well, we were falsley accused, and life goes on.

I am the "immature" little brother, btw to my brother... JERK! lol. Anyway I asure you that my brother, his wife and I are totally different people. I love MGS my brother hates it. I love anime. My brother doesn't even know what anime is. Any way please drop the charges on my brother. Also if you really want proof you can trace us by ip address and latency. I am a network admin in training and if you really want to get the bottom of this simply run a traceroute. It would be almost impossible for my brother to use my pc from Iowa when I am in florida. So again I simply ask to please drop the charges and one more thing.. ALL HAIL SNAKE!

Oh, I more thing. The main reason I didn't attack Yoder is because lucky was the bigger threat at the time. Therefor the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

My wife, tator got an email saying we had been cleared, any way an admin/mod can take the "busted" off next to my name. I have sent the request to the contact page and havent gotten a response... so any admins/mods out there... please help me out.
