Neither are making attacks to limit the other's troops, only against other players in the game. They will attack each other to complete their territory group, but otherwise not to take away any strategic territories.

I could see this going either way, but it's worth looking into.

Who are you and what did I do to earn this animosity? I will be worrying about this as my ACCOUNT won't be suspended as I am not breaking any rules. However you... looking through your profile I see you like to bait and start fights on the forums, keep it up and I am sure your time here will be short.

At this time I don't see the secret diplomacy. You expect others to play the strategy that you want them to and it doesn't always happen that way. Going for a bonus is common in games especially early on. The accused have attacked each other several times and it is still early in the game. pittgator and rasalibre4life are CLEARED.
