Comments:not 100% sure about this but if you take a look at the rating he left (the newest ones) almost all 1 star with crappy tags. now i have not looked at all of them but i looked at a few where the tags and 1 stars were not deserved

Yep, this is correct. My recent ratings are mostly one stars and bad tags. I tend to not go to the trouble of rating unless I'm super motivated. (When they show extremely bad strategy, etc...) I'm sure this will be dismissed, but if there are any questions from someone such as a mod, as to why I rated x or y, please direct these toward me so I can clear this up. Thanks!

And I would like to state for the record this is a spurious complaint created by a 12 year old child because he doesn't like my signature or my attitude toward him. I think cayman should be punished for being a retard. Is this a valid complaint?

Besides, I know for a fact I have had him foed for a very long time. The thread below is the only reason he is issuing this complaint.

he did not deadbeat so the deadbeat tag should not have been used. he also did not lose so he could not have been a sore lower
he won therefore he cant be a quiter or a suicider. the all 1's also unjustified

although he did quit he did not deadbeat he did not say anything therefore his attitude should not have been a 1 star and i did not see anything he might have dont to get a 1 star in fair play

Although there may be some questionable ratings and tags, I don't think there is enough to classify this as a Ratings abuse. Some were within reason of why he gave those ratings. Cleared.

Jefjef i told them to stay away that was my warning...expect action to be taken however i dont have that power.
