dupdup had asia and oceanio with strong defense earning 15 troups a round
idou had south america and africa with low defense in africa, earning total 11 troups
I had no continent but 17 troups on istanbul and 20 on montreal earning 3 troups
dupdup placed all troups on dubai and tok istanbul, no way he could take my cards as I had troups in montreal, he could have broken idou in Africa.
In the end he left no defense in dubai

Just because someone doesn't make the move that you think they should, or makes a move that you don't understand doesn't make it diplomacy. idou and dupdup are CLEARED.
