Comments: red completely refused to attack green all game. these 2 seem to play together a lot. was only when i threatened to report em that green quit game...

Cleaned up a little.

I looked at the game chat and game log, and there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of evidence towards their conducting secret diplomacy. I noticed a lot of their turns were spent just deploying and not attacking. And besides, YOU WON. Idk, maybe a PM check is in order, but I don't think there's much of a problem here.

i didn't see anything fishy in the log or chat either...

They have been in 30 speed games together. They are very familiar with each other. The OP should go see the win % of both of them in those games.

For these two, with the given game as basis, I think there is not enough proof to support there was secret alliance between them. Cleared.
