Comments: The player posted in game chat that he no longer wished to play and would probable be a deadbeat. The player made 1 turn, then on his second he let it time out and then missed his next 3 turns.

After looking at this and the time stamps, he did infact miss his turns after stating he would dead beat. but he also had 2 other games where he had the lead in one and looked to be able to win it. But he deadbeated those games as well. Due to all this he will be given a warning for now.
