Please Report the PM by going to the PM in question and hitting the upsidedown triangle with the "!" in the middle. So we can see what it was that was asked and see if it is a viol of Secret Diplomacy.

He didn't receive the PM. Someone else in the game received it, and alerted everyone else in the game that he had gotten a PM. Obviously he didn't really care since he didn't open a report.

Ok I see, I must have read it wrong. Unless we have a PM about this theres not much I can do unless the PM is reported. I have messaged the player the message was sent to. We will see what comes of it.

Since no PM was reported all that can be done is to note this at this time.
