The accused are suspected of:
Being Multis
Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Comments: The evidence is clear as water, they both joined the same date just hours apart. Both from same country, they have an average of ~25 games played of which 6 were with each other mostly 1 on 1's for point dumping. They avoid attacking each other, they make sure to break any bonus acquired by me sometimes suiciding while letting the other take and hold a continent without any effort to break. Pretty obvious that they are multys. Fokis is using DHONEAL to farm and to suicide on other players so he can gain the victory.
