Lol, you haven't been around much have you? It gets waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay worse than that...and its not against the rules.
FAMO is the best option for you. If you don't like his vocabulary, remove the possibility of playing against him ever again, that simple.

FAMO = Foe and move on.

This is one of the tamest chats I've ever seen reported. No one's getting disciplined just for saying the "f-word".

No rules have been broken here. The foe list was created for things like this. I would suggest you use the foe list. ScavengerType is CLEARED.
