The all 1-star ratings left for me by Dunk90 after the game linked above caused me to take a look at the ratings he's been leaving.
First off, regarding the game in question -- there was a whole lot of bickering between people in the game, which I pretty much stayed out of, except for a couple of attempts to crack a joke about it and lighten the mood. Furthermore, I won the game. So even if he didn't like my attitude, pretty hard to justify a 1-star rating on gameplay or fair play.
Looking at the ratings Dunk90 has left for others, the majority of the recent ones are one-star across the board. Look at the responses from some of the people who have chosen to respond to his 1-star ratings (most of whom have ratings themselves of higher than 4.5):
"In other words, he lost"
"2 games, no chat, i won one. what rating is this ?"
"totally a poor sport rating. go look at the game. he was kicked out for missing too many turns. oh well
"
"tried the old miss a turn tactics and failed. everyone else had good game. poor loser rating"
"The guy deadbeated like a moron."
"Knocked him/her out of a tournament. Silent the whole time. Poor sport I guess."
It's clear there's a pattern here -- about as severe abuse of the ratings system as I've ever seen.
