I stopped by ronc8649 wall, who just got off a 6 month ban, to see how he was doing and discovered unsolicited spams from MNDuke full of baits and flames in an attempt to get ronc to respond and get banned again. I personally found some of the comments offensive and was SHOCKED at this type of behavior.

Dude 2 of your games were won tonight. 1 of which you got ass lucky and for some reason can't admit that. The other of which your teammate did all the work and said as much in the chat. That iceland game, I got totally dice fucked which both you and you're partner acknowledged. The first 2 wins you got against me, were probably legit. I always enjoy it when a jefjef complains about this type of thing. It almost makes me want to unfoe him so I can see what he is typing...almost. Duke is a good player and a nice guy. The wall posts are pretty provocative (albeit hilarious in my opinion) and perhaps go a little too far. However, I should add, as I always do, that it should be the aggrieved party posting the C&A report, not a third-party observer. If the person that is the "victim" doesn't feel it warrants a complaint, then why should anyone else care?

I deny writing that pm in the first place. How do i know that you didn't just type it up and post it here? How do I know that someone didn't log into my account under the guise of me and send it to you. Countless people have my password. I plead not guilty. I never sent such a pm. It's all lies. Hell, you could have gotten my pw via tdans' account logged in as me and sent it to yourself. I have no knowledge of sending this alleged pm.

Seriously though. If this is what cc has to come to, I don't think I even want to play here anymore. If intervention is necessary, we have the ability to post our own concerns and file our own C&A threads. This is quite unnecessary and uncalled for. A problem is being created where one did not lie. Old beefs are being dug up for what? jefjef's amusement? An elaborate ploy to get me worked up once again and waste the mods time.

I learned my lesson last time and was told to avoid jefjef and ignore him and pettiness. I have done this yet the harassment continues. I urge you to send jefjef away and take a stand against these cowards who are so unsatisfied in their own personal lives that they have to try and find fulfillment here by pretending to have influence. They lack power and control in their own lives. Perhaps they get pushed around by the boss, or wives, or children. They are so tired of not having a say in their own meaningless lives that they desperately search for it here. Please quit playing into their hands. Take a stand and punish this pathetic behavior instead of rewarding it. There is no need for these select few to waste everyone else's time and interject themselves into other people's business, when they don't belong in it in the first place. I deleted his wall posts last night, because I didn't feel the need to air his bullshit publicly. Anything you have read on his wall is only a rebuttal to something he wrote on mine first. Unfortunately as mentioned, I deleted them.

Look the reason I'm getting so bent out of shape over this, is that I'm tired of having to defend myself against these bullshit allegations leverage by jefjef. This is getting old and I'm tired of wasting my time with it and shouldn't have to.

Granted I should have FAMO, but being the sporting gentlemen I am, I decided to go along with the stupid private dubs challenge. So, I did not foe ronc. What do I get in return, he follows and joins all my speed games and then goes out of his way to flame and bait. Sure, i may have said rude things that were out of line, but they were only in response to the situation that ronc had put me in. Anyone who knows me, knows I have a short fuse. I blame my German heritage. Regardless, I should have FAMO as I would normally have done, but I decided it would be better to clean his clock via a 10 game dubs match and shut him up for good. However, I now find myself on the defensive yet again thanks to jefjef never ending concern for other people's business.

If you review the evidence, you will see I am telling the truth and jefjef is doing what he does best. Sticking his nose where it doesn't belong. Seriously, I think it's about time jefjef takes an extended hiatus from the C&A threads. Perhaps a lifetime vacation if it were up to me.

As my multi stated above I filed this on his behalf. He has just gotten released from a 6 month ban and should not be viciously flamed and intentionally baited into "going to far" and being subject to another 6 month stint. He is concerned about keeping out of trouble.

Just be glad I have decided, at the moment, not to report the threat pm you sent me...
