Comments: no question whether he was deadbeating, but I have no idea how these cases are treated but he does do it systematically. I looked through a few pages to see if there were previous accusations but could not search because of his name.

That is not against the rules...and you do, but if he deadbeated afterward, that is intentional deadbeating, which is against the rules...at least if done systematically...which he certainly has done.

The one & only game I played against it was this one 7415715.

He was going to lose so deadbeat here as well.

His basic MO is you are a donkey for beating him & foed.
If you win, the dice, cards, drop etc was lucky for you, pants for him.
