Maybe this belongs somewhere else or nowhere at all, but it needs to be said.
I play the speed games to gain experience and get the game over with asap. toddharvey's game could have been finished several rounds before it actually was. I know there is a rule somewhere players can't trap other players... I don't know what the term is ... entrapped maybe. This is not the first player that's done this but even with a friendly query of his intentions, toddharey continued to load his troops elsewhere and leave me to either quit the game and not continue with my turns, or continue generating only 3 troops and not getting anywhere with the game. He won, I wasn't ticked off at losing. This happens to me 80% of the time. I just needed him to end the game.

The only turn that you can complain about is when he cashed a set and placed all his troops in Anchorage. It could have been a misdeploy. You might have thought he could have finished you off several turns earlier but I do not see him prolonging the game deliberately. You should foe and rate him like you said in the game chat. toddharvey is CLEARED of any wrong doing in this game.

He didn't misdeploy his troops to Anchorage. He reinforced them to anchorage. Verdict not acceptable
