Accused: Zorb15

The accused is suspected of being a little pussy who leaves retaliatory ratings,
for the majority of his opponents.

Comments: His verbal abuse in our game has now extended to my wall
where he just left me the endearing message, "f*ck you red neck loser."

Everytime I read one of these cases I almost hope the player in question is 13 years old, or even 15, because if it's an adault it's just sad.

his rating of you was justified. He started the chat, but your responses weren't exactly nice lol. Kind of like your first post which is one big flame (there's a form btw, you deleted it, the C&A mods may not look into the case unless the form is filled out correctly). To me this is FAMO on both sides, maybe you can prove ratings abuse if you show that some of the other poor ratings were not justified


edit- and based on recent cases, the C&A mods definitely won't look at ratings abuse unless you provide evidence of at least 5 unjustified ratings

Hmmm... so in your judgement I deserve his all 1s rating? I wouldn't have bothered making this post but I noticed that 54 of his 60 ratings are all 1s. I used the form provided and linked to his ratings left while simply deleting the parts that weren't applicable. He is accused of Ratings Abuse, not over using the worn out expression, "fuck you you dumb american red neck loser" in all his games.

You also think I was hard on him verbally?

He left me a rating of all ones, which is totally undeserved as he is the one that started the verbal abuse in our game. Upon further inquiry, I noticed that 54 out of the 60 ratings he has left are all ones, including to the winner of the game above who was tagged as Clueless, Secret Diplomacy, and Poor Strategy.

No, I said his rating of you was justified. As in it was perfectly plausible for him to rate you all 1's. It's got nothing to do with my personal opinion.

That is a good example, particularly msuse of tags. It's pretty obvious what the "clueless" and "poor strategy" tags mean, and pink clearly wasn't guilty of either.

yes, but that's not good enough anymore. The mods don't have unlimited time, they can't do everything themselves. You now have to provide some evidence yourself.

Honestly, if I was one of them attempting to get through all of the cases here, I would see your first post, see that it's one big flame, and close the case immediately, without looking further at all.

90% of Zorb15's ratings are all ones, meaning only 6 out of 60 are positive.
So he either plays against a lot of butt bags or his MO is retaliation.

9 out of his 10 ratings left are all 1s

Or, perhaps, he only rates the people that he finds bad. I used to do that, I didn't give out good ratings, only bad ratings to players who I didn't enjoy playing

yes, perhaps. you have to prove it. Innocent until proven guilty, prove that he's guilty.

No one is saying he's innocent, it's definitely out of the norm to leave that many 1's, but this guy's out of the norm too:


out of the norm does not make it illegal

At the very least, after reviewing the ratings this player has left, zorb15 should at least be noted.

I clicked on every one of the page 1 - 1 star ratings. zorb was a loser in every game except for 2 and many of the players were the winner.

Clicking on the few 5 star they were all partners of his except for 1 if I remember correctly.

So it's all 1 star or 5 stars with this player? No middle ground? No segregation of Fair play - Game play - Attitude?

This can only be considered abuse.

Zorb15 has already been warned.

posting Zorb15 if I didn't believe the accusation had merit.
