Comments:

In this game, El Conquistador and I took all our turns. We were battling each other and wiping out each other's armies. Jenglezos missed his first two turns. On his third turn, he miraculously appeared, collected his deferred armies, and proceeded to win easily over two depleted opponents. He has been previously tagged for cheap tactics, and he erased a message I posted to his wall warning future opponents.

Missing turns is not considered deadbeating. It might be a cheap tactic but it is not against the rules. Ignoring a player who is still in the game is a tactical mistake and he took advantage of you assuming he was going to be kicked. This is CLEARED.

Thankfully, I've already foed this player. I recommend that others who recognize his tactics do the same...FAMO
