nobaddice was BUSTED with audiemurphy, hate-bad-dice and flapjack for multi accounts.

As far as secret diplomacy it is hard to see in a fog game. But I will wait for the game to finish and the fog to lift before a ruling about the secret diplomacy is made.

I don't really see any secret diplomacy from the time that nobaddice made the wall post. So butlerjoe and arterius12 are CLEARED of secret diplomacy.
