Powder may just be an idiot, after all- just look as his score... and blue did off S.A. to him, if there was a secret allience i think he would have taken it. The only reason i can think he didn't was he wants to take N.A. so he's saving his armies and fortifies in central A. because he think blue made invade through there... i dunno... still odd...
