these two are clearly colluding in secret, they both dominate the board, and have only worked towards building themselves, including making some quastionable moves(which brought out the first suspicions), while ignoring each other, yet are each other's biggest threat

Both are cleared of multi check as well as Secret Diplomacy. There in 2 games together, this 1 and another active one and have both attacked each other and gone after their own personal goals in both games. As far as I can tell their is no collusion to date on these 2 accounts with each other.

Sometimes peoples strategys will be perceived differently by others, but it doesnt mean they are cheating.
