Check that game again and you will see I protect both sides of my borders with what I have.

Also I said this in game chat If I start attacking ExSAS know you willl take what I have. but I do NOT know why he is not attacking me.

I guess it is possible ExSAS is the worst Conquer Club player ever to roll the dice. I find it hard not to doubt, however.
