And please look at the dates of his last ratings. He has already been banned from rating users

Yes i see now since March of 2009. I was looking at recent games of his but didn't notice the dates on the ratings...thanks

yes his rating priveledges were removed back in March. His last rating was the 24th of March. He has already been dealt with.
