as long as its not abuse or diplomacy then its fine imo

all i have to say is that u have people from all over the globe that play on this site and alot of times they speak their language but this asswipe is the only one that complains..i could understand if i was talking to an other players .... so caymanchew can kiss my ass...spanish is my official language

And what he wrote can be a lot of things except a form of diplomatic discussion...

lv have the rules been changed again because in previous cases it has been said that all chat must be in english or lanuage that all understand.

anyways back to this on a search you cant find this player doing this before so will more than likly be a noted and polite word with him. unless the magic of etickets has been used before on him

yes i could look it up but i may have no time maybe i had 2-3 games going maybe i was busy. he could have been telling any of the other players what he was planning. he could be putting me down i sure he was at some points. if he was i would have like to hear it to my face not hidden behind a different language.

i didn't say anything different that other players don't call u in english!

You are allowed to speak in any language as long as IT ISN'T diplomacy. You can ask for coffee in Arabic or whatever. You CAN'T ask for diplomacy or speak tactics in a language not all players understand.

Any form of diplomatic discussion between opponents must be posted in the game chat in English or in a language that all opponents understand.

Either way it goes you still gotta look at Rule #2.

He doesn't understand the language, so therefore, it is against the rules to speak it in the game chat unless he translates everything he says, or gives means for it to be translated. And he did neither, and doesn't even state which language he is speaking so it can be translated.


Lovo, sorry to say, but you can't contradict the rules. There set in stone.

lokl so he has gotta translate something you cant.why pull somone for not translating it. how may different lanuages are there. your posts lv are just going to discurage someone who is or isnt getting cheated from posting.

this is what my problem is with this because somethings get dealt with in e tickets some have personal details. everything should be made open. to stop people from not reporting cheats.

lol i like this guy obviously it has gotta flame the mods to class as a flame because mods dont know what people think.

If I wan't friends with a few of the new mods, I'd say something verry harmful, but I have confidence in them, and hope they can bring CC out of the dark ages.


But, for now, I guess we just gotta let them do the little bit of a job they do on here. Hopefully some of the rule breakers will be brought down so i can rise, and flame again.

you need to ask someone what he said...? what would you of had me do i the game i did not know the language and had no time to find i translator... I'm a 14 year old trying to play before school i dont have tons of time all he had to do was translate it or not even speak the language.

you are missing the point here...You just assumed it was diplomatic discussion..If you had the time to make this report you had the time to ask someone to translate or google it...it would of taken u the extra 2 second.

And gc...im not saying he isnt going to be warned etc if the words he spoke are indeed diplomatic discussion. My whole point is that caymanmew just assumed something was wrong and made a report. When he clearly could of figured more stuff out. If it turned out all el conqui was saying was hello the dice are rigged etc....then i would of considered this spurious..and a complete waste of my time.

my point is it should not matter people should not be allowed to speak other languages at all. i need to kow what he said it maker the game un enjoyable if he is speaking whatever and i cant understand

all this started because CAYMANCHEW can't mind his business,i was speaking to SEKRETER .sekreter and i had a few words to say to each other the day before and when i sign in to play game 7079406 he place a message on my wall that i took offence on ,so when the game started i called him a bedejo which means sucker in spanish..but noooooooo this asswipe gets involved and blows every thing out of proportion.he doesn't know me and i don't know him so why would he jump in my face like that.i really do believe that he is 14 years old....LITTLE BOY IT'S TIME FOR U TO GROW UP!!

lv i think you are missing the point at the begining of the game the op asked el to translate what he was saying in to english and el refused to do so. telling him to learn another lanuage. this from g chat.
