doc holidy said in chat that he had to go, this lead to myself and the other player attacking each other. doc didnt go and won the game after we weaken ourselves. is this an ok tactic?

It might seem to be a cheap tatic. But theres nothing in the rules stating that it cant be done. yall took it upon your selves not to attack him. He never missed a turn. So if it was I, I would have known after his go after he said he had to leave he wasnt leaving or wasnt leaving at that point. I understand your frustration but the only advice I can give on this is to Foe the player and rate him the way you see fit.
