I wanted to bring the attention of the Admins to ETPsych. I recently started playing here, and I do hope that the kind of people who normally play here are not like the person I first encountered here on Conquer Club.
First off, and I understand this alone is no grounds for banning, just look at the guys average rating, and average game. He is a sore loser, a whiner, a deadbeater, and a bully. He is someone that I'm sure has taken away from the great experiences this site has to offer for many players.
Now, I would like to bring attention to one form of ETPsych being a sore loser: intentionally delaying games. Games 7021822, 7021821, and 7023986 are all examples of this.
In game 7021822 (one the accused is losing), ETPsych's opponent finished his last turn:
2010-05-23 09:57:02 - The_Jerk ended the turn and got spoils
Since that moment, ETPsych has yet to play his turn (it's been almost 7 hours as of this post), and yet has continued to play multiple game's against other people (as long as he is winning).
In game 7021821 (another game he is losing), there are multiple instances of him doing the same thing:
2010-05-22 15:45:39 - ndnpride07 ended the turn and got spoils (this is the turn ETPsych began losing, btw)
(Multiple games and speed games in the 20 hours in between)
2010-05-23 11:39:47 - ETPsych received 3 troops for 9 regions

2010-05-23 12:58:12 - ndnpride07 ended the turn and got spoils
And another four hours of ETPsych speed gaming and playing other people goes by, as of this post he has still not played his turn.
In game 7023986 (the one where I am handily defeating him), he immediately began complaining about his lack of 'luck' (or lack of skill, as far as I'm concerned). Even after attempting to be friendly towards him, he still began to intentionally avoid his turns:

As I'm waiting for him to take his turn, and he is proceeding with his other games, he even takes the time to post in game chat:

Yet still doesn't take his turn until:
2010-05-23 11:24:35 - ETPsych received 3 troops for 10 regions
After he took his turn, I proceeded to take my turn, and I'm sure you could have guessed that I'm still waiting, even as he proceeds to play his other games.
Due to the fact that many of the opponents he uses this tactic on are not Premium Members and can only play four games at a time (myself included) this is a crippling time waster to us.
Anyway, I am on to my most substantial accusation.
In games 7029117, 7027284, and 7025509, ETPsych has show INTENTIONAL deadbeating. According to ConquerClub rules under the 'Rules' tab, this is the third example of 'Unwritten Rules'.
In game 7029117, ETPsych once again began to complain about losing:

Then, proceeded to say goodbye to his opponent, with the game not yet even half over:

2010-05-23 12:46:44 - ETPsych ended the turn and got spoils
Then, what do you know?
2010-05-23 12:53:03 - ETPsych missed a turn
2010-05-23 12:58:42 - ETPsych missed a turn
In game 7027284, ETPsych, as usual, was bitter about his bad luck:
2010-05-23 00:42:43 - ETPsych: Enjoy the gift
After a couple turns of suiciding:
2010-05-23 00:50:46 - ETPsych: lol, take your meds dude
And then:
2010-05-23 00:56:39 - ETPsych missed a turn
In game 7025509, ETPsych followed his normal pattern of behavior:
2010-05-22 18:14:19 - ETPsych: lolol, enjoy the gift
2010-05-22 18:17:52 - ETPsych ended the turn and got spoils
2010-05-22 18:23:46 - ETPsych missed a turn
2010-05-22 18:30:09 - ETPsych missed a turn
As you can see from the pattern of games above, it is obvious ETPsych intentionally and unnecessarily delay's games and deadbeats to waste his opponents time whenever he is about to lose. I sent him a PM letting him know that if he continued to do this, I would report him. This is what I received in response:

If you had $25 to buy a membership you could play as many games as you want. But you are another example of CC welfare trash who is too cheap to pony up. So suck it up douche bag

As I hope I have proved, ETPsych has not only broken unwritten rules, but he uses cheap tactics to waste the time of anyone who dares beat him in a game of Risk. He is a bully, a sore loser, and a jerk. It is unfortunate that this is the first person I came into contact with on ConquerClub. I hope that any Admins or anyone else with the power to handle this can deal a just punishment. As long as I find out that the majority of people here are not like ETPsych, and the ones who are aren't tolerated, I will look forward to becoming a more prominent (and maybe even Premium) member of this community.
