Accused: kazakhstan

The accused are suspected of: Creating a second account after breaking the rules with first account.

Comments: kazakhstan signed up for a tournament of my as a new recruit. I informed him that I would put hi on the reserve list untill he ranked up. He replied with this PM:

Come on guys. It's been almost 20 years since Kazakhstan declared it's sovereignty from the USSR. Don't you think it's about time you started recognizing Kazakhstan as it's own, independent account.
