These 2 are probably friends of some sort and given some of the text in some of the games I would say that they are in a relationship together. Therefor sometimes you may not get chat in the game chat area cause they could be talking over the phone or in person.
They are Cleared of being Multis.
As far as Secret Diplomacy they are Cleared as well. They have played in 35 games together and have 1 active one right now.
Out of that 35 there have been 22 1 vs 1's with jon winning 12 and foxy winning 10.
In the 13 games they have played with other players they have each won 2. So 4 out of 13 going their way is not enough to warrant a Block. And after looking at those games there was only 1 that was questionable, and that was an assassin game that foxy won due to jon eliminating her target.
The game with you in it can be explained by poor strategy.
