I thought it was against the rules to be openly annoying though. If not racism, it could be considered baiting.

Right. In that case, I feel that you're responding directly to ME, since I posted a dissenting opinion FIRST, so I feel you are baiting me, which I find annoying. You deserve no less than a 72 hour ban for your transgression.

Please people, think before you write. There is no way those few simple lines, with a complete lack of history, could possibly be considered baiting or racism, since no racism was actually written.

If your going to practice moderating then try to learn the rules.

As much as I would like to see CamelToe AND herkman banned this is GAME CHAT. No rules broken. Not even annoying.

indeed...i do not want to begin a witch hunt even a tiny bit...Until someone actually comes out and says "enter bigotry here" then we will usually stay out of it.

If you dont enjoy the comments someone makes in game chat...ignore them...im kind of getting sick of moderators repeating themselves on this matter.

edwinissweet is one of the many Volunteers here that is just trying to help get things resolved.

while this may not be the direction we go with this it doesnt hurt to hear his opinion, he wasnt giving the ruling, just an opinion on the matter.

but to make it clear the annoying and gamesmanship rules are both violations that have a lot, and i mean a lot of data to support behind it.

Im not going to drag this players name through the mud anymore, and hope all who know who Im talking about dont either but if you dig (and not very hard) you can find an example or two of the kind of lewd behavior that gets punished for those things.
