I added in the game that ratdig was originally citing. As seen in my post just above this, Johnny is handing Farfel Game 6953033 as well. Also, these are farfel's only 2 games

They might actually be friends, but that would basically be secret diplomacy.

idk what happened in your game, but in the second one Johnny literally took africa (bordering SA), continued on into Europe where Farfel was not, literally suiciding the other 2 players (he left a 1 on the Africa-SA border). This is NOT friends, absolutely the same person trying to get the farfel account a good score

There isn't enough evidence to prove secret diplomacy.

Looking at the game log everybody tried to get continents from the start. johnny went for Asia, ratdig04 for Aussie and farfel went for the rest of the world. After 1 round of attacks farfel had NA and SA and ratdig04 had Aussie. Neither Johnny or ratdig04tried to bust either continent belonging to farfe, both intent on capturing or reinforcing their own. In round 3 ratdig04 started the secret diplomacy accusations, but he held Reykjavik and didn't try to break NA.

Johnny might have favored farfel but the game chat could have influenced his decisions.

Johnnyfairplay and farfel are CLEARED of being multis and this report will be NOTED for secret for future reference.

I did actually try to break it from Reykjavik but failed.

Did you see the other game? I watched him pass by farfel's two bonuses targeting the other two people, neither of whom had a bonus

That is the main reason that I noted this report. We can't accuse everyone of secret diplomacy just because they don't attack who, where or when we think they should. Sometimes it is not to your advantage to break someones bonus and sometimes it is. But the biggest problem is the is a lack of PROOF that secret diplomacy took place.
