This is strike three for this player. He continues to harass me and PM me. I would like a full explanation if this player is not permanently banned and I would like to be informed of the decision. This is completely unacceptable.

I'm hoping there was more to it then just this.

He has a couple strikes against him for other violations but as of the last time you 2 had issues he was Warned for harassment and in that case there was a lot more harassment then this.

You can Foe and Block any incoming PM's from him using an inbox filter which would alleviate this problem before it even gets to this stage.

If this is all that has been sent then this case will be closed as it is extremely mild and not a violation to PM someone with that context quoted above. If there is more please report it via the report a post function and it will be looked at and ruled upon.

I would still Foe him and filter your inbox.

A single PM accusing you of being scared to play him is your "harassment"?

This thread makes me feel harassed!

More of a foul than a third strike really.

You are completely ignoring what this player did to me the first two times around. Filling my inbox with PMs and spamming my wall. Every wall post and every PM was rude, racist, and qualified as harassment. Then, while foed, he entered all of my games and contacted all of my opponents. He encouraged them to rate me down and convinced those that were willing to listen that I was some kind of terrible person. He stalked me around the site until I unfoed him to find out why players were rating me down in games where I had been cordial and lost. "Pending more evidence?" You don't think this is his way of saying, "HAHA, I can still touch you?"

You're a failure kingsam, if you are unable to equate this one message to an ongoing stalking and harassment, that were it happening elsewhere would result in criminal actions against the offender.

"Extremely Mild"???? Are you FKM? Add it to what was said and done in the past because it has brought up all the fear and frustration that came about when it originally happened.

Shame on you kingsam for saying these things. I deserve an apology from you and I expect a response from someone else who can respectfully address my real concerns from the summation of these attacks by player David Staten.

As quoted above from the earlier response I had for you in this thread, Staten was Warned for that behavior on that offense, now the way these sorts of things goes is if he is later found guilty of violating the rules/same offense then he is punished with the next appropriate level as per the community guidelines. That was if. A past aggression and a PM asking why your afraid to play him or something of the sort of an abusive user name does not qualify as anything that would fill that if of being found Guilty. Hence why I was asking for more evidence of harassment then just that PM.

Stating once again that past transgressions of someone is taken into account when a ruling is ruled upon on their account, but they first have to be Guilty of a violation, and a PM to another member on a website like this

without further evidence of "harassment" is not going to get a Guilty verdict from anyone, if you don't believe me take a look at the other community members that posted in response to your thread here or appeal the decision of the case after the ruling is complete.

I'm sorry that every time I run across a thread or a post of yours in here in C&A it completely lacks all knowledge of the community guidelines. Shame on you for not taking the 15 minutes out of your day to read and comprehend exactly what you try to accuse and dictate should happen to others for violations that you have no clue about. If your going to post in the forums you should be versed as to these simple guidelines. If your going to accuse a player of a violation and try to say the case isn't being handled right then you should know what your talking about. Take the 15 minutes this time and read them. This is not excessive spamming, flaming, or trolling, It's up to you to block individuals who annoy you via PM.

Case is Closed. David Staten has 1 offense for harassment against him for the previously mentioned thread involving you 2. So if there were to be another action against him for harassment it would be his 2nd strike and would be handled as per the community guidelines. This was not enough to warrant a harassment charge against him so he is Cleared.

You have done nothing to stop the harassment. His messages continue. You don't care, though. Stalking, harassment, continued badgering. None of this means anything to you. I weep for the women in your life. I hope they get some level of protection from you, but I doubt they do. You have shown no consideration for the real fear that this player has caused me.

Yer this is locked....QH we have given you a ruling and the advice for the next step...
Block him from sending you messages. If you cant clearly understand these instructions then there is nothing at all we can do for you.
King Sam has been more than helpful and having a back hand go at him is down right innappropriate and disrespectful.
