I joined a game with Kingmagic and MrNoName and immediately they started working like clockwork leaving bonuses and continents for one anothe all while containing me. I looked up their history and loe and behold they're all from Denmark and all have played each other multiple times in private games with King magic coming out on top. Furthermore NOName, COqio, and one or two others are all ? mark accounts. WHile NoName is going up in rank...

We have three different people, but you about it!

It basically looks like a bunch of Danish friends who like to play together, so if they had targetted you for elimination and then ended the game among the two of them, that could be considered secret diplomacy.

However, the way I see it, they were just playing a game, sure, Kingmagic was able to hold Oceania easily, but you also held South America, and not only that, you missed 2 rounds, and after that you were STILL holding South America, see this is what I don´t get:

Sure, you must´ve been a bit annoyed, but that was your chance to give out a fight, red and green were just battling it out among the two of them, yet what you did was miss another 3 turns and get kicked... That doesn´t help your case much, it just looks like a sore loser to me.

Also, I can understand you might have seen red getting a lot of bonuses and green doing nothing about them, but even though red managed to get Europe for one round, green broke it the following one. If red ends up beating green in other games they play together it could be that green isn´t too sharp.

Perchance you should research your opponents before you play them rather than after you join the game. Seems like they are friends. Best way for friends to play games together? Make them private.

i think this is a spurious report he deadbeats a game then puts a c and a in as for there games. i think yes it is friends playing but this will more than likely end up with mods giving them a polite word to stick playing private games with each over.

i think the spurious bit is that he deadbeats out a game then makes this acusation that they are not attacking each other when obviously they are.

the bit about the polite word is this not somthing that you do to save future complaints.(even if they are playing the game properly)

all of this if you read the game log you will see that attacks were even before he started d/deating.

Ultimately, the moderators of the Cheating and Antabuse Forum will make the correct decison about these three. And that wil be the only the decision that can be made...the right one.

A member thought something was going on and reported it, which is his right. He not only gave a clear concise report but followed the format and had reasoning to back his claim. There was no outside malice or background intentions of filing this claim except to correct a wrong that he thinks he sees.

A spurious report is one that is created not to correct a wrong but to pacify a user that you don't particularly care for with slandering their name via a C&A report or the continuation of reports that hold no merit.

This report is fine.

The users are Cleared of multis. It appears to us that they are friends as well and after a little more digging I will get back to you to tell you the verdict of the SD case on them. You can play with your friends in games that are non private and non teams, but you need to be aware that you will be scrutinized for your play, and if over a period of time it shows that you favor helping out your friends in games with the strategy you choose then you fall subject to the disciplinary measures that go along with SD.

Still continue the game out, even if they are Guilty you will lose points if you lose the game.

ok sorry used a wrong word still it does look like friends and also not favouring each over also it is an escalating game bonus dont matter

Yeah, I wouldn´t say they´re favoring each other. Red got Oceania bonus because he had 3 out of the 4 territories, and green didn´t break it because even when he did have Bangkok, red had Hong Kong (which he also reinforced from Istambul) and Mumbai, so red basically had a VERY GOOD drop. And they were actually so involved in their own battle that blue´s bonus wasn´t broken for 9 rounds, out of which he missed 5, deadbeating the game.

The other games he posts as "proof" just proves they´re all danish, and they´re friends, which is in no way a crime in itself. IMHO it just seems like Timur pulled a tantrum.

I think the accuses are wasting our time joining there games, by cheating like that to win the game is NO FUN and Stupid!!

They are just a group of no life, wannabes cool but this is the farest they can get!!

I Just posted cheaters --Johnny_Reb Godzgurl and Despot_Rebel --- they are just basiclly doing the same thing

in the meantime KarPang has been Busted with another account by lovo..

people you will get background checked if you enter our forum, it would be wise to not draw unneeded attention on your cheating ways, it will cause you get to Busted earlier then later. Its up to you.

Alright they were already Cleared of being Multis together.

As far as SD goes I ave looked into their games together and separately and at this time they are Cleared of Diplomacy together. In the 3 games that Kingmagic & MrNoName have played together it appears that MrNoName made an effort to try to win in all of them, and was attacking Kingmagic just as much as the other players.

In your game with the 2 they did the exact same, and focused on you at the point when you accused them and started missing turns. Word of advice when you start making accusations on others in chat it will draw an undesired target on your back that you may feel is unjustified given the game situation but all the same can lead to an early termination of you. And when you start missing turns especially when you have a decent troop count and/or bonus(es) it can also lead to a target on your back so your troop deferment when you do return is not so large.

The Coqio account is also Cleared of SD with both accounts for the same reasons. It is apparent that these 3 are friends along with a few others who play in games together, Private and Public.

lol so like i said he deadbeat a game then comlained that they attacked him cause he wasnt playing (sporious cause he was a dbeat and complaned about it when it was obvious they wernt doing wrong) and you no me ks if they were i would be the first to agree with it.

it wasn't spurious because it was a legit complaint. the complaint was made because the accuser thought there was some wrong doing going on, so he made it and made it in accordance with the form to the best of his ability providing evidence and insight to back his claim. Just because his claim/suspicions were not right doesn't mean he was abusing the C&A Report process.

Him deadbeating the game could have been a number of things, real life issues could have came up, or he coulda just gave up on the game. As long as this player is not making a habit of deadbeating games then their is really no concern here.
