Comments: Team mate (raul soto 1998) was very aggressive towards me in the early rounds, attacked me, etc. After several rounds he claimed that he thought he was on the other team which was very hard to believe. I then made suggestions on what he could do to prevent the other team from winning after such a poor start which he ignored and then proceeded with erratic moves that did not benefit our team. When I mentioned I might launch an investigation unless he showed some aggression towards the other team he missed all of his subsequent turns. Very fishy! Also, raul soto 1998 has a 0% winnings rate, whereas tono has an extremely high winnings rate over 50%. I would suspect a pattern where he does this in many different games. Anyways, it was quite an annoying experience.

your right it looks like they are multis, no way he has played 33 games without 1 win

tono and raul soto 1998 have played lots of game together and tono has won all of them. it might be secret diplomacy, but i still think they are multies

tono is at least 20-0 against raul in 1v1's, plus they've played in other games, and as you said, tono won basically all of them, raul won 0. I don't think the third accused guy is involved, he was only in that one game, but these two are cheating blatantly

What does this mean? Are they identified as cheaters? Do I get my points back for the game that I lost to them?

The first two were busted as being multi's or cheaters the third was cleared. No you will not be getting your points back.
