[game]xxxxxxx[/game]

Comments:

I was suspicious so I looked up what these guys where saying and they are having secret diplomacy. I ran a serbian to english translator and this is what came out:

e, Vladimir, I'm sorry I attacked you, I know you're a man us. Let Group Protivín green, take a good position, let it europe, ms me leave Canada to the Middle East and also attack red ok I can not even broken

Clearly they are plotting what to do and agreeing to give and take and who to attack.

you can see they have been fighting each other up until the 26th where they had their little talk and they they dont attack each other except a piece here or there to capture a territory. Am I supposed to keep playing this game after they have been ganging up on us for 4 days?

Fixed up the report. This is against the rules.
Rule #2: No secret diplomacy

Any form of diplomatic discussion between opponents must be posted in the game chat in English or in a language that all opponents understand.

As forgiven said, this is easy. It doesn't matter if all they said in Serbian was "I like cheese" and "I do too", that is against the rules. ALL chat MUST be in english, no exceptions (I guess you're allowed to if everyone understands it, but that would pretty much require a private game within a clan/usergroup/language forum, and obviously this is not some special game.

I understand it was wrong but no one of authority has said if they get away with it or they are kicked out of the game or what?

They will most likely get warned for their actions. They won't be kicked out for it, but if the mods do a search, and find they have a past of doing it before, then they will be blocked from playing each other

Actually, this is not true. It has been ruled to be perfectly acceptable to say those things. In fact, in order for someone to actually be able to accuse someone of secret diplomacy in this form, they MUST do what the OP in this thread did, which is to run it through a language translator. Basically, in order for it to be considered "secret diplomacy", it must be both diplomacy and NO LONGER SECRET (I'm not kidding...I wish I was).

I checked here, simple because I sometimes do chat with folks who share an unusual language with me. I mostly do this in games where only similar speakers play. I always translate if that is not the case and its usually just "Hi, good to see you" or similar types of pure chat.

However, I actually do think requiring all chat to be in English, unless otherwise agreed by all players (Italiens & Spanish speakers) do play their own games, just as an example
