These are suspected Multis (or possibly secret alliance)
Suspect users: Axis and Radmark

Comments: They never attack each other until everyone else is eliminated, see game 185088. They are not trying to get a continent or attack each other, they are only trying to eliminate me, just as in the other 2 games listed above.
