Well foe is correct move if you chose but to file a frivolous and spurious complaint isn't cool...

Look up the rules before you accuse peeps of breaking them.

I think this is going beyond any limits

I checked the guidelines and you will be able to find in his chat examples of "Discrimination" against myself and the third player teaming up on him BECAUSE WE WERE BOTH FROM THE USA and going against him BECAUSE HE IS GERMAN. Also, comments that are clearly "Baiting" and "Trolling" comments. Neither of which was I led into if you look at the chat. So fortunately he didn't progress too much.

Of course with the language he used that is fine, its common.

The reference of being glad to know that my child will have cancer because it will be more painful to me than if I had it myself... very offensive (just to try and be polite).

I can't believe that this is being taken so seriously by some... TheDice says "f*ck" once, and the other two occasions of abuse is his comments about his opponents children getting cancer. What is the huge problem with what was said? My attitude towards comments like that would be something like "Oh that's mature..." and probably just foe. Seriously, there are players who say things much more offensive than that on here.
