Ill take the warning just fine

In fact, given the nature of your chat and your mention of asking people to post pictures of sex acts, masturbating, talk of fantasies of children...all by someone who at the same time mentions being old enough to be their father...

I would have made the warning that that chat was possibly the indication of a predator even if it was my last post on CC

I simply found your chat disturbing with some dangerous undertones, and felt minors should be warned of that possibility.

I will point out that one of your lines in the chat is accusing some kid of masturbating and having fantasies of children.

If pointing out that someone saying these things, along with asking them to suck your dick, and balls at the same time is against the rules, then that rule is simply meant to be broken.

Im just glad we all know to watch out for you now.

I was responding to your first accusation, and explaining the reasons for my posts.

Am I not allowed to respond to accusations in a thread titled AAFitz?

And again, I ask, do not your posts seem very odd for a middle aged man? Do you not see how inappropriate they are, or do you actually think they do not suggest some possible danger?

I believe one of your posts accuses someone of the very same thing, and combined with your other posts, simply shows a record of posts that indeed suggests to me, and I bet many parents that you may very well be a danger. I do hope you are joking, and please post that you are, and that it was just a mistake and that you forgot that when asking for pictures of sex acts, you forgot that there are many minors on the site.

By all means eliminate this possibility. Weve already had one clear example on CC and maybe more, I personally would hate to see another. I cant however discount that possibility based on what Ive seen you post. It just seems so wrong that there may be an underlying problem that I feel others should be made aware of. If they see no problem with it, than thats fine.

Im not alluding that you may be a preditor. Im simply saying that your chat seems to allude to the possibility of it. And quite frankly, doesnt it? I mean, do many fathers go around asking for pictures of people and posting lick my balls, and speak of masturbating and fantasies of children?

If this is all normal behavior than perhaps I am just wrong, but is it it not so absolutely suspicious, as to warrant some caution here? Would you want your kid in a conversation with someone speaking like this?

You don't know when to quit, do you?

1. Fitz, like anyone else, is entitled to post in threads that concern him.
2. This even applies in cases of threads started by probable pedophiles. Looking through your forum posts/game chats, seems to me like the prudent course of action would be to kick your ass out of the site.

Why was this thread "LOCKED" whereas I couldn't publically respond to my punishment? It's obvios that C.C. Moderation is allowing the continued harrassment of myself.

I guess some posters have a free-rein in the forums.

Once again, I'm being harrassed by supporters of AA Fitz who continue calling me a sexual predator of children.

I get punished for a tit for tat conversation and now I'm being hounded by other posters. It's pretty obvious that C.C. condones the behavior of AA Fitz and alstergen, but will punish posters like myself harshly for less. These guys know that I can be PERMA-BANNED for just jaywalking and they are trying to incite me into FLAMING.

No fairness in C.C.'s punishment.

I've been punished already and I'm hanging by a thread.
There's no doubt that some view this as a chance to incite me into being PERMA-BANNED.

Harrassment is being allowed by some, while others get a vacation from the MODS.

this bikkering won't end until either: one of them is banned from the forum or they just can't see each other posts.

Um, he made two cheating accusations about me. Not vice versa.

And, if you take a quick peak at his posts, youll see that he has always attacked, or joined my games or mentioned me first.

This is one of the first times ive joined, and it was only because of the nature of the problem. The posts made suggest a possible danger, and they simply needed to be posted for what they were.

He has been baiting me for a long time, and perhaps Ive taken that bait too often, but in this case, beyond the rules of CC there is an issue much more important than forum rules, and child safety trumps that.

Please find one example other than this, of me joining into a conversation with general stoneham, without him actually starting it.

I have responded many times, but I did not know who he was until he started posting about me and joining in my games and threads.

Also, post any examples where I have broken the CC rules.

hi secound comment saying this but how can there be warnings coming should that not be a warning because looking at the c and a forum there are 3 by gs 0 by aa fitz 1 by big whiskey (this one could off been a mistake as had already been dealt with) so who is going to get the spurious reports against them.

This isn't a spurious complaint.

AAFITZ was unable to shut his trap AFTER his warning and posted this bait just to continue the feud with General.

I see some peeps don't like to hold others to the same standards.

I'd say CC needs to shut fitz up.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks AA needs to shut up and move on. I've thought he's been baiting General since the moment the guy got back (granted I'm not a General fan by any stretch of the imagination). This is almost as pathetic as watching some of JR's crusades.

right what is going on i am going by what is being read if you remember a while back a certain player making posts in forums about me and another player then pleading innocence about it to the point i was told to stay away from him. that is what is happening with this gs is bringing up aafitzs name then saying he is getting picked on because he gets a response. (please also note you are having double standards here as well because you had the same with said player. a month ago but thought it was amusing. please remember what amuses u might not amuse another.)all being said lets bring this to a stop gs calm down what u say aafitz dont post anymore games you are not in, gs stop bringing aafitzs name into threads and joining his games. that is the way to stop this before mods ban the lot of you.

Outside of one game how many games have I joined with AA Fitz? How many games of his have I game chatted without being in the game?
