I joined this game with wandrews10 and there were 3 open spots left. The final 3 spots were taken by newbies. All 3 were competing in their first game! They are bell17, blopblop, and shurtun. It took all of just over 9 minutes for the 4 of them to complete their first turn. This screams multi!!!

This seems unlikely for a premium major with over 3000 game completed, probably just a coincidence.
