1. people are pretty much allowed to say what they want in game chat (CC is very liberal on this)
2. you're reporting him because he was a little rude about saying that he's gonna report you? Anyone else find this a little...ironic. If you do turn out to be a multi... :lol:

Game Chat is a facet of the game that you will see players use to try to manipulate the outcome in favor of them from time to time. Its a strategy. If you didnt like what is being said you can choose to ignore it or Foe the user to where you dont see the chat. And then you can rate the user after the game is over.
