They are all from Serbia. The have spoken Serbian in chat. When not playing within their own circle of friends they always gang up on the opposing players.

I don't think these accounts are all the same person, but I do think that they work together using Secret Diplomacy.

first, I only see one comment in Serbian. Another player (yellow in that game) says he can read serbian (so it obviously wasn't blatant diplomacy) and explains to blue that chatting in languages other than english is considered cheating, and asks him not post in Serbian again. He doesn't. Where are they chatting in Serbian?

second, Torment WON the game when he complained that they were all attacking him, so either A)they weren't all attacking him, or more likely B)he (Torment) was way out in front and they were trying to attack the leader. It is not cheating for multiple people to go after the leader.

I am not going to look through 50 game links, friends are allowed to play together. If you want to prove that this is secret diplomacy, start by pointing out where they chatted in Serbian, and where they played against other people and won (more than they should).

I clicked on about 5 of the games (in addition to the two that you commented on) and they were playing against each other, and in those 5 games, 3 different people won.So it is not a multi or the same person would win every time, and they weren't favoring themselves as friends because they were only playing each other. You are gonna have to do a much better job proving that they did secret diplomacy if you want there to be any chance that the mods will hand out anything more than a warning.
