Comments: I was requested to file this complaint. I agree with it. Wish it didn't need to come to this. We tried to settle matters via pm and skype etc... But here we are.

MNDuke has and continues to bait bogan and flame him even though they have each other on foe. Time for CC to step in and end this childs game.

The C & A complaint title was a flame and was a spurious and vindictive mis use of this sacred forum.

Thread #2. Well the TITLE says it all.

Thread #3. A false apology (admitted by MNDuke) to bait bogan.

This complaint also seems to be a bit spurious. Although, jef to the second power did not personally attack Duke in this complaint. Kudos to him for that.

To me this seems like a bit of a tactic. Seems some folks want the Bogan v Duke squabble to end. I am not one of those people. I find the squabble to be highly entertaining. I also find that the name calling and smack talking has not really gotten vicious, or terribly mean spirited.

This is turning into more of a rivalry with alot of back and forth between the two clans, BOTFM and FOED. Maybe it is the beginning of a Yankees / Red Sox sort of thing. Who knows, but a little flame (not that i am saying that their is any flame), or a little bait (not that i am saying that there is an alleged bait) is all in good fun when you are picking on one of the alphas of the site. One who has an army of loyal supporters, and also an army of other CC players who feel exactly the way that Duke does about Bogan but dont say it.

It is not like anyone is getting bullied around in this situation. It is two awesome competitors going at it on and off the battlefield!

If CC decides that they must keep the rivalry strictly to the battlefield, I feel that would be a shame, but i am sure that they both would obey the ruling begrudgingly

The accused: Bogangod is accused by MNDuke of dbaggery in the First degree

The Plea: I am assuming innocent (may or may not be by reason of insanity )

The counterclaim: MNDuke is accused by Bogangod of ................. (I would let him make that accusation)

The attorneys: Each will choose their attorney or choose to represent themselves

The Jury: A panel of non biased CC members (good luck finding that ), or the CC community at large

The verdict / punishment: He who loses the case will willingly wear a sig of the other's choosing for an agreed upon period of time. The sig will be tasteful in the sense that it will not contain profanity or nudity, and that the mods would not punish the person wearing it.

An example of the sort of sig i am thinking about is: I (insert name) have been humiliated and owned by (insert name)

This would be great fun!!!!

Yeah this has gone on way to long. Pretty childish stuff. But a bona-fide complaint none the less. Inside each of those referenced threads are posts solely for baiting and flaming and continuance of this feud. Not really even sure why it's still going on. We all foed each other and the vast majority of us made nice and unfoed but then this stuff keeps coming back and the mud slinging and jibes begin. bogan took the HIGH HIGH road in that last thread and even let Duke play in that tourney. That was big of him.

Bogan would like this to be finished with. It just drags the rest of us in and just needs to stop. The weather here was beautiful today. Thank You GOD.

this whole entire thing has been retarded.. from beginning to finish.. one mistake in counting led to this whole entire escapade of events/.// although it has been humorous and annoying.. i believe this crap should be finished up and thrown in the fire .. both are great guys.. they both have issues.. but everyone does.. they both made mistakes... everyone does... accept the fact that you both are human and get on with your cc life ..

I am not the creator of those threads. And now thats two times you referred to bogan as his worshipfullness. A bait? C'mon L M S. Thought that was beneath you.

Since this whole thing has gotten out of hand, I have done nothing but try to put an end to it, granted I did play my role in it. Why is jefjef making a complaint about me on behalf of someone else. If Bogan has taken issue, it should be him who files the complaint, not a third party who should be minding their own business instead of interjecting into everyone else's. There has been plenty of baiting from both sides. This is not a one way street, so please don't pretend it is.

I have already sent Bogan a personal apology attempting to squash this crap but got no response. I have not taunted him nor have I even been in contact with Bogan since I sent my apology. Some friends asked me to join their team in a tourney put on by him. They were told I had to publicly apologize if I wanted to play. I did exactly this and now am playing. If Bogan is such a victim and I am guilty of flaming and baiting, why has he permitted me to play in this tourney?

After reading through most of these threads, I came to a conclusion. Only one post was meaningful and actually had a point (along with a way of how to solve the conflict):

This way would at least be fun for the community and would actually contribute something. Also, maybe this would finally let them end this conflict (or at least their steam go off) and they'd forget each other...

But maybe, just maybe, out of thousands of users, these two people find each other for a reason... If that's not true love, I don't know what is...
