There is nothing to see here. It is very simple... Teal has the biggest bonus, while blue is only a 5 bonus. You are a bigger threat to jasper than blue is. Blue has backup on Sao Paulo. Yellow understands that attacking blue will only weaken himself and blue both, allowing you to then take a better position. It is simple to figure out.
