by the looks of it he forgot one region that he deployed on to take you out and this is the first shot he deployed on take your turn then if he does not kill u. you can claim hostage but not first round when he has been killiing your troups

also why would he you both freemiums so both want game finished

so 3 points

1)since he dont have anymore stacks you could say forgot to take last one since troups are there and he has attacked you.

Seriously if it goes on for 5rounds or so, then yes he is holding you hostage, unless he has spelled it out to you that that is what he is doing..... Maybe he is just a poor player, and is making mistakes trying to kill you? Just looked at the game. You where baiting, flaming and trash talking both red and blue. If anything he should be reporting you..... Oh and by the way, he has taken you out.
