Why is it you would try to tell a story to the CC Community but leave out one of the most important facts? Don't you think it was relevant to inform people that my angry tirade was precipitated by a wild accusation of being rude, playing with poor sportsmanship and my play was referred to as "BULLSHIT" because I identified the location of a stack of troops in a fog game. Don't you think that's kind of deceitful to not inform people where this started and what the justification was for the fact that I was a little miffed. It's bad enough that you submit a complaint in the Cheating and Abuse Forum, when no cheating occurred, but to then leave out mitigating circumstances in an attempt to inflame the CC Community is low, dirty, cowardly and very poor ethics gordonopolis!

Now that we have established what the original accusation was, the rest of your inappropriate complaint may at least make more sense to those reading it. I was very angry at the false accusation, I quoted the Community Guidelines that supported my play and yeah I used a few colorful words. Gosh Golly Gee. Did I hurt your feelings? You stated that you knew that profanity was not a violation of CC rules so in my opinion you are guilty of making a false and inappropriate complaint to this forum and should be properly sanctioned. Particularly since in the game chat you made reference to the fact that you thought you'd get the game "null and void" (dude it isn't a check) which would be great for you wouldn't it.

As for threats! Again you have come to the wrong place if your skin is that thin. Anytime any player says to another, "if you attack me I'll attack you back", he's making a threat. I would have seen that occur at least 50 times just today alone. However my suggestion that you would be attacked was not for malicious or vindictive reasons, it was a matter of necessity if I wanted any chance to win. I made it clear that I believed there was a strong leader and that I had to attack that leader (is that a threat too?) to have any chance at victory. If you or another player was going to be attacking me during this attack on the leader you would be undermining my attempt to save the game and my only option then would be to shut you down and then get back to the matter of the leader. That's common sense and many, many, many, many times in a game it's helpful to indicate a course of action to one or more players to help sway the play in my favour. Afterall I am out to win and I certainly hope I was sucessful in modifying your play. However don't be suggesting you did it out of fear. That's dishonest dude and who the hell is going to believe that?

To claim you altered your game play out of fear is quite a stretch. However earlier today in a hive game a player told me that if I attacked the blue player he would attack me because blue was protecting his assets. I chose not to attack the blue player. Are you suggesting that this player who was smart enough to get me to play to his benefit is somehow violating the rules? What rule has been violated. I wasn't afraid, I simply saw the light and chose a better course of action in my interest that considered all possible circumstances, just like you did tonight. Although in your case I believe you are making it up.

What rule have I violated? When I was challenged, I quoted the Community Guideline that supported my decision to reveal another player's troops, perhaps you can quote the rule I violated.

I can quote the rule you have violated. You have submitted a bogus claim in C&A for all the wrong reasons. It clearly tells you that you will be sanctioned if you abuse this forum and since you don't have a rule I violated then you are guilty of breaking the rules at my expense. I am therefore requesting of the mods that this OP be sanctioned for dragging my name thru the mud needlessly for all the wrong reasons. He's admitted he knew that profanity is not a violation and his only other complaint is a concept that he doesn't like with the smoking gun being that he altered his strategy because of something I said. That is frivilous, baseless and libelous.

One final comment. Every game that ends in CC ends with players quickly going thru the motions once they know the game is over in an effort to speed up the "mop up" phase of the game. I indicated that I would also do that when it became clear to me that the blue player had won the game. I cannot be more clear that I would not do anything to help him win as this was the player who falsely accused me earlier which started this whole mess.

If there is a moral to this story, players should take the time to read the rules. IF you don't take the time to read them then you should not be making accusations, particularly with so much conviction as if you are certain the rule is on your side. Certainly you should not be submitting complaints to C&A when you have no basis to do so.

I can't imagine I will comment again unless I'm asked for a clarification from a mod.

And now steviepowers has come right out and made the baseless accusation. I was playing in that game and cheating did not occur. Steviepowers simply got frustrated over a loss and this was his way of dealing with it. I foed him after one game and it appears he still has an axe to grind.

Guys, take it from someone that knows, Stealth99 is a cancer to this site and should be removed by the site. However, they will not do that in spite of the flagrant abuses in Fog games, and the huge amount of prattle that he spits out. You suggest in your response that it is the CC "site" you are concerned about. No mention in this Reply you've submitted that this is a personal thing for you and that you are only writing a reply on me because of a nasty feud you and I had when you broke your word to win a lousy game of risk. Just like the fact that numerous people are aware of your game dishonesty and have acted accordingly with you, I suspect that many are fully aware by now that the site is the last thing you would be concerned about. Furthermore you attack CC in your response above because they do nothing about those abuses (LOL).

After you and I had a very nasty exchange you started stalking me. In one instance you joined a team game with me and joined my team. Now why would you do something like that when you feel I am a cancer? Explain that one to the CC Community you so dearly want to look out for! Now I'm no expert, but this forum topic was about one thing - profanity. Given your desire to have the floor and your lack of respect for others I wouldn't expect any better from you, but isn't it a rule violation to use someone elses post to push your own agenda, when said agenda is off topic?
