Cool! Both were premium and had it striped. Cool! BUT they are both still active accounts. Neither one was GUESTED. So I pm'd ES about it and this is his reply.

They both were premium, they got stripped of their premium.

That's fine and all BUT it is still a MULTIPLE account. It is still a rule violation and one of em should be GUESTED as per RULE#1. As per EVERY multi case I know of.

If we can now have 2 active accounts please let me know. I'll make another.

when a premium player is found guilty of rule violation number 1 (multiple accounts) then all accounts are stripped of premium status and every account except the main account is Guested allowing the original account to continue to play as a freemium or upgrade to premium status again.. once again this is for the first offense.

So kingBurger should be a free member and the other one should be Guested. I will check with KA to see if there is something here that I am not aware of as well.

ok these 2 were Busted as multis and both accounts were stripped of the premium status and Blocked from playing together. Right now there is an appeal on the Bust sent via an E-Ticket in which we are looking at.

They will remain free members until the appeal is decided on.

OK. This is really strange. Kingburger is GUESTED. The other, which is the NEWEST, is premium.

What is going on here? He gets to keep the better/newer account?

Seems like multis get choices on which account they keep. So, if a player opens a second account, the player gets to choose which one to keep once caught?

I'm all for flexibility, but such malleable rules make loopholes seem pointless.

Do you ever research what you think are "facts" before you go spouting them off? Or is it always like this with you where you have to damn the people who try to make this place better for everyone.

We as admin and volunteers here are horrible at everything here I guess, at least according to you.

But if you want the facts there has only been a few instances where something like this has occurred and it was out of the ordinary and because of extenuating circumstances. Maybe, just maybe there was some with this account as well. Just because the whole wide world web isn't in the know of everything that goes on doesn't mean that rules are in fact malleable and pointless. Or being followed to the best of their ability as they are outlined in the community guidelines.

I have given shit to almost every mod on this site. To be honest, IMO, CC has done an excellent job of picking people. (With the exception of a couple I just want to endlessly flame and cover with bile substances) Your one of the good ones.

But to stay on topic when we see variances in rulings and non traditional processes of handling cheaters it causes some of us to shake our heads and go whats up with that shit?

On the SURFACE it looks like this is not being handled as we are used to seeing or as we believe it should be.

The MUCH better account was granted. We are just confused about it.

jef. I feel sams response was appropriate. Not everything happens in the public eyes and its a simple as that. The multi was reported and busted and now they are only using one account. Done issue over...locked thread
