Apparently this guy rates people low if they get near to killing him.
Game 6650371: He has one spot left, but he manages to come back with his spoils and win. Rates both of his opponents 1.
Game 4547217: Manages to kill everyone but one player, After a struggle, defeats him. Rates the players he easily killed 5, rates the tougher opponent 1.

He hasn't rated that many people and the ratings he has left have been an even split between positive and negative. I'm a little curious at him tagging secret diplomacy a lot. Someone is a good team mate + secret diplomacy. That has me scratching my head

Maybe he's not sure of the meaning of secret diplomacy?

maybe know one gives a flying f**k about the ratings anyways, they have always been abused and always will be.

my advice be polite to a couple ov peeps and then let em win, there you go ratings evened up

For now, I can only see 2 games where he questionably rated from. 2 games is not yet enough to warrant a warning. I would recommend to you to contact GranJefe and try to settle this with him/her.
