Comments: I have no proof other than that evertonian's strategy is so weak that it becomes suspicious. If you can check to see if they exchanged PM's in order to make a secret alliance, or if they are two idents and the same person you might be able to catch two cheaters. Just think it is worth looking into.

Both Cleared of Diplomacy in this game. Only game they have played together in, quite possibly his tactics were no good cause he is no good. Foe & Rate him Accordingly.
