Comments:
In my game with him the game didn't even last long enough for me to get 1 star! Also, there is no possible way he could play with so many bad players in such little time. In the St. Paddy's Day map, how could everyone deserve 1 star? The only way that they get 1 star is because he doesn't win the game, so they don't get the rating they deserve. So that is, in fact, ratings abuse.
