Comments: The account and some games/turns look odd. Think it may be worth running a quick check and see what other (if any) accounts that can be connected to this one.

I'm not entirely sure what it is you're seeing that makes you think multi, but whatever it is, I don't see it.
He does seem to know what he's doing - more so than most new recruits anyway - but maybe he's already familiar with the game of Risk. After all, other than simaltaneous play (Which doesn't happen as often as some may think), freestyle isn't really too much different than the normal game. The fact that ALL his games to date have been freestyle makes me feel slightly suspicious, but only slightly.
