This is a smart multi. He is slowly building up two accounts by letting them join bigger games and letting each account win one so that both accounts rank up at the same time. He also lets both accounts win various 1v1s vs each other.

BUT when he sign into chat he forgot to log off one account I was gonna give him the benefit of the doubt and just hope it was family member forgetting to sign out of chat when the other family members turn to play came as has happened in my case but when i saw the games I became suspicious

we are not multis, thilss is my brother tom, with his own e-mail account. we play a lot of games together, thats all. I guess it says that on chat because i was using my brothers laptop and when i logged off, he logged on right after me.

We both really like this website, so please dont kick us off.

yea we are brothers, we play against each other, sometimes on same computer. we dont do it to up rank tho, we just play each other for fun

Probably a good idea you don't play in 3 player games together though, as it gives the impression that you do team up on the 3rd player. Probably best to play in doubles games if you wish to play together to avoid multi accusations.
