I am 99% sure that these two have a secret alliance or are the same person.
the two major clues in my game are that 1. they ALWAYS go back to back within 30 seconds of each other, and the second begin they have played with their borders pretty much un-defended between them the entire game.

If a Mod or an appropriate authority could look in to it, that would better the whole Conquer Club community.
